On your wedding day our team will arrive at a predetermined time that works best with your timeline and our work schedule. The flowers will have been carefully packed and loaded by The Flower Dude himself in our airconditioned trailer so they arrive fresh and beautiful, even on the hottest of days. DelJean will hand deliver your bouquet to you and then our team will get to work setting up, installing and placing all of your flowers. The flowers will be the icing on the cake for your beautiful day.
8. Your Big Day
While you’re busy with your family and friends and finalizing details, our team is getting to work. Flowers are delivered from the Portland Market and gathered from local farms. We dive into bringing to life your beautiful floral design according to our plan.
7. The Week Of
We’ll schedule another check in appointment. We will finalize and review all our plans and discuss any add ons. Your day of schedule will be due at this time along with the final balance of 50% + any additional add-ons.
6. One Month Before Your Big Day
We will reach out to schedule a check in appointment to review all the details and make any changes in our design plan. We ask for a second payment of 25% at this time.
5. Two Months Before...
After you’ve reviewed and agreed upon a proposal for your custom floral package, you will sign a service agreement to save your date. A 25% deposit is required to save your spot in our books.
4. Time to Make it Official
Based on our conversation, we will create a design plan that honors your budget while bringing your floral design dreams to life. Your custom proposal will outline all the design details and a quote.
3. Your Floral Dream Design
After confirming your date is available, we'll schedule a consultation call to explore your vision. During our chat, we'll discuss your floral design style, color palette, and the overall ambiance you want to create. Feel free to share inspiration photos, or let us craft a custom design that perfectly captures your wedding day dreams.

She brought a cozy Christmas feel to our indoor December wedding with beautiful flower arrangements, handmade wreaths, and greenery garlands! Our ceremony arch was stunning and my only complaint is that I couldn’t take all the flowers back to my home in AZ.
